I am Über passionate about DIY Weddings – as I believe that they are the most magical of all weddings.

My most valuable advice to DIY Brides is that you need a minimum of 6months of hard yakka (work) to get everything made AND you MUST make 1.5 times the total amount of items that you think need.

Breakages, mismatches, forgotten spaces/vignettes, time . . . . these will all impact on what you will REALLY need. Please trust me on this.

So the two most important pieces of advice, again?

  1. 6 months minimum, working at least twice a week during those 6 months
  2. Make one and a half to two times as many as you think you need.

Take time to check out my growing list of DIY tutorials, also check out my ETSY shop for even more detailed tutorials, templates and patterns.

Above all – enjoy it.
